Parts List:
- (1) Headboard
- (1) Footboard
- (2) Side Rails
Hardware Included:
- (8) 90mm Bolts
- (8) Barrel Nuts (1/4-20 x 1/2 Cross Dowel Nut OFF CENTER HOLE ZINC)
- (1) Allen Wrench
Tools Needed:
- Power Drill (Not Included)
- Allen Wrench (Included)
Assembly Steps:
Step 1: Prepare the Side Rails
- Lay the side rails flat on the floor with cleats facing up as shown in Fig. A.
Step 2: Insert Barrel Nuts 2. Place one barrel nut in each of the pre-drilled holes on the side rails as shown in Fig. B. Ensure the barrel nuts are set horizontally for easy installation of the 90mm bolts.
Step 3: Attach the Side Rails 3. Attach the two side rails to the lower set of holes on the headboard and footboard using the 90mm bolts as shown in Fig. C.
Tips for Successful Assembly:
- Always ensure that the barrel nuts are properly aligned with the bolts for a secure fit.
- Tighten the bolts gradually to avoid any misalignment.
- Use the included Allen wrench to ensure all connections are snug but not overly tight to prevent stripping the hardware.
